About Bionic Law

Alec Willerman (d/b/a Bionic Law) is passionate about combining legal expertise and technological capability to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Mr. Willerman earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. While at Penn, he founded the AI Foresight Initiative, spearheading conversations on the future of artificial intelligence in the legal industry. He was recognized by his graduating class as “Most Likely to Start Their Own Law Firm.” During his time at UC Berkeley, he served as a repeat teaching assistant at the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, gaining meaningful exposure to technology startups, engineering innovation, and cutting-edge problem solving.

Between his undergraduate and graduate studies, Mr. Willerman served as Marketing Director (CA Real Estate Salesperson License #02158746) for a regional property management company, where he secured contracts for portfolios valuing in the tens of millions. This hands-on client relations background—together with the practical, detail-oriented nature of property management—has prepared him to deliver an excellent professional service grounded in real-world business needs.
