Within the turnaround time specified in the proposal, you will receive your work-product deliverable.

If the work-product deliverable is not to your satisfaction, Bionic Law will incorporate your feedback and deliver an updated version.

If after two updates you are not satisfied with your deliverable, Bionic Law will refund the full amount of your purchase as part of a service-satisfaction refund policy (which is detailed in the proposal).
